We are proud to announce that the residential project at C-386, Defence colony for Mr. & Mrs. Saranjit Singh Dhupia, fully constructed and furnished by us, designed by Mr. Pankaj Vir Gupta and Christine Mueller of M/s Vir Mueller architects was awarded the Fritz-Hoger Prize Gold Award in Berlin on 20 September, 2014.
This is one of the most prestiguous international architecture awards.
The jury especially commended the work of the firm for the use of material and craftsmanship to achieve outstanding contemporary architecture.

We are constructing a prestiguous project for India, monitored by IIT Delhi and CPWD. It's a showcase building for our client Resistoflex, designed by architect Mr. Anil B Jain of group ISM. It's an earthquake resistant building with seismic base isolation rubber bearings fixed in ground floor column level.
Seismic base isolation system is a Taiwanese technology and is being used in India for the first time.
The entire load of six floors is resisted by bearings in the basement stilt level. The structure can move upto 800mm during an earthquake upto a magnititude of 5.5
